![]() My top 50 Ricochet card in September 2019 (just to get this out of the way I spent 20,000 credits on that card versus 14,000 credits on this card) was within 1.0% of the #1 card, similar to the card ranked 195 in this event. Has it always been this way? No, the ranked event cards of today are stronger than the cards of season 5 for the first 2,500 ranks (I played only Vanguard “the beginning” and SS20 tier “the end” of season 6 so do not have the data from last season). My rank "51-75" card is only 0.7% weaker than the #1 card. With equipment/technique/proc these cards should be able to at least 1-stat (if not 2-stat) the #1 card going head-to-head because the stats are so close. The first 11 groupings of cards for this event are all within 1% of the #1 card (through rank 195) and the next 4 groupings of cards are within 2% of the #1 card (through rank 507). I calculated the %power versus #1 for each grouping of cards. The "best" card is #1 but cards #1 to #195 are essentially the same (for example if the #1 card tops out at 8,000,000 power, card #195 will top out at 7,920,000 power) But does it truly matter? Goal (at least to me) is to get a good card, one that can beat any heroic pro and one that can be competitive with any card in the game. We can all see the top 15 leaderboard for this event had some high scores. Rank 134 Card was 323,217 points (source twitter evampss): Rank 10,033 Card was 79,182 points (source twitter infamyy14): Ranks of September 2019 Cards: Front/Back: Ranks of Ricochet Cards, September 2019 LMS Event: Ranks of Kane Cards, May 2021 Codebreaker Event: For this event the cutoff to get a card was 79,200 points (individual that just missed hit level 151) ![]() This is more favorable than the past where only the top 51 cards were within 1% of the #1 card and the top 507 cards were within 3% of the #1 card. ![]() To get a card in the top 195 in this event (within 1% of #1) it took roughly 300,000 points and attaining over 400 levels. All cards within the top 1,066 are within 3% of the #1 card. TL/DR: For this ranked event, all cards within the top 195 are materially the same (within 1%) as the #1 card. ![]()
